In this series consisting of four oil paintings, I invite you to embark on a journey across the mysterious expanse of memory's waters.

Four vessels, suspended in an ethereal darkness, carry enigmatic cargoes upon their shadowy decks.

These are not mere boats;
they are vessels of the soul, laden with the weight of experiences and lingering echoes of the past.
At first glance, the objects adorning these floating sanctuaries may elude identification.
Deliberately obscured, they beckon the viewer into a realm of ambiguity and introspection.

In leaving them unrecognizable, I aim to unsettle, to prompt discomfort, and to challenge the observer to confront the intangible remnants of their own history.

The essence of this series lies in the metaphorical journey we all undertake to navigate the depths of our consciousness.

Just as our bodies bear the imprint of our life's encounters, so too do these spectral vessels bear the burden of our unspoken truths and unresolved sorrows.

Each brushstroke is a testament to the weight we carry, the memories we harbor, and the silent struggles we endure.
